Privacy

We collect as little as possible, we do not sell it, and we do not track you across the internet. This page says exactly what that means, in plain language - a privacy notice nobody reads protects nobody.

Who we are

Pchol Productions operates pcholproductions.com and is the data controller for everything described here. Pchol Kollektiv is the practitioner network; where an application to the Kollektiv is concerned, the same terms and the same contact apply. For any request - to see what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted - write to hello@pcholproductions.com. A person answers, and we aim to do so within thirty days.

What we collect

Three things, and nothing else.

What you send us
If you write to us or use the form, we hold what you typed: your name, your email, and what you told us about the work. If you apply to the Kollektiv, we hold your answers and any links you shared. We do not ask for anything we do not need, and nothing is collected about you beyond what you type.
Anonymous page statistics
We use a privacy-first analytics service that sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. It records which pages were viewed, roughly which country from, and which site referred you. It cannot identify you, and we cannot follow you to any other website. That is also why you are not reading a cookie banner.
Client review notes
In the Beekeepers client area, notes you write stay in your own browser until you choose to send them. Once sent, they reach your producer and creative lead, and nobody else.

Why, and on what basis

We use what you send us to answer you, to assess a possible engagement, and to do the work if we go ahead. Under the GDPR this is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, or the performance of a contract once there is one.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train anything. We will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Who else touches it

Only the services that make the site work: a hosting provider, an email provider, a form service that delivers your message to us, an analytics service that holds no personal data, and our own contact records. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

Some of these operate outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA it is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Enquiries
Two years from our last exchange, then deleted.
Kollektiv applications
Two years, so we can come back to you when the right work appears. Ask and we remove it sooner.
Client records
For the length of the engagement, then as long as tax and contract law requires.
Page statistics
Aggregated, with nothing personal in it, kept indefinitely.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy in a portable format, or to object to our holding it at all. One email is enough - no form, no fee, no explanation required.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a request you may complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first.

Security, and the honest limit of it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client material is limited to the people working on it. Nothing in the client area is indexed by search engines or linked from anywhere public.

Where a client area is protected by a shared access key rather than an individual login, that is a soft gate: enough to keep a draft unlisted and unguessable, not bank-grade. If a project needs real authentication, tell us and we will put it behind one.

Children

This is a site for people commissioning professional work. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If this page changes materially we will update the date at the top. If the change affects how we use something you already sent us, we will write to you rather than expect you to notice.
